Ottawa Law Classic
in support of DIFD

Using the nation’s sport in the nation’s capital to inspire, promote and raise awareness surrounding the struggles of youth mental health.

THE EVENT
Although on hiatus for the last two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are thrilled to announce that the Ottawa Law Classic (OLC) will return for the fourth annual game in 2022! We have successfully raised over $24,000 in past years through the generous support of our sponsors and the Ottawa community. The fourth annual OLC will be played on February 26, 2022 at 6:30pm at uOttawa’s Minto Sports Complex.
The hockey game will be played between students from the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Civil Law and Faculty of Common Law.
All proceeds raised will go directly to Do It For Daron (DIFD). This game can be seen as a direct response by aspiring professionals to the growing reality of the youth mental health epidemic that is pervasive in our society today. It is our intention that by gathering members of our respective communities, we can stimulate dialogue required to raise awareness and negate stigma associated with youth mental health. Tickets are available now and can be purchased through Eventbrite at the link above.

SPONSORSHIP
OLC unites passionate student leaders in both the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Civil Law and Faculty of Common Law for one evening to support Do It For Daron.
As a OLC corporate sponsor, your business will have the opportunity to promote its brand by associating itself with a local cause in the Ottawa community.
We strongly believe that your organization’s presence at the third annual OLC will be invaluable. We encourage you to learn more about the corporate sponsorship opportunities and the value that the OLC can provide to your organization. We are striving to educate the next generation of legal leaders about the gravity of mental illness, especially in our youth.
Together, with your organization, we can make this a reality.
THANK YOU TO OUR GENEROUS SPONSORS
